Teacher selection and transfer procedures
The specific process is: 1. An individual submits a written application for transfer, which is signed by the unit and sent to the Personnel Department of the Education Bureau for approval.

2. The Personnel Section of the Education Bureau will request that the list of overseas personnel be submitted to the director's office meeting for discussion.

3. If the transfer is discussed and agreed at the office meeting of the Director of Education Bureau, a letter of cadre business transfer shall be issued to the personnel department of Education Bureau.

4. After successful negotiation between the Education Bureau and the intended receiving unit (that is, the other unit agrees to transfer in), the applicant shall go through the formal transfer procedures at the Personnel Section of the Education Bureau and the unit where he works (the procedures are the same as those of the education system in this district).

Job transfer means that employees are transferred to a different field within the company to accept some kind of work arrangement.

The labor contract concluded according to law is binding, and the employer and the employee shall perform the obligations stipulated in the labor contract.
