Department responsibilities:

Responsible for the reform of education and teaching in the whole region, fully implement quality education, and promote the balanced development of compulsory education and educational equity; To guide the education, scientific research and teaching research in the whole region; To formulate relevant policies, education and teaching guidance documents; Guide and manage the compilation and use of teaching materials.

3 responsible for the supervision and management of basic education, preschool education, vocational education, special education and ethnic education in the whole region; Responsible for the overall planning, comprehensive coordination and macro management of adult education in the whole region, and guide the community education work in conjunction with relevant departments.

4, responsible for implementing the national, provincial and municipal policies on compulsory education school enrollment, and organizing the enrollment of compulsory education in the whole region.

5. Be responsible for the overall planning and comprehensive management of the District Education Bureau, and have the authority to examine and approve private education.

Responsible for the layout of educational outlets in the whole region, optimize the allocation of urban and rural educational resources as a whole, and improve the spatial layout system of primary and secondary school land; Supervise and guide the whole process management of public primary and secondary schools and kindergartens in the whole region to improve school conditions and school building reconstruction and expansion projects.

Brief introduction of Qingyue District:

Changchun Jingyue High-tech Industrial Development Zone, located in the southeast of Changchun City, was established in August 2005. 1995. Jingyue District has obvious geographical advantages and is the ecological core area of Changchun City.

With the largest plantation in Asia, it is an important ecological barrier in southern Changchun. It is a national forest park and a national water conservancy scenic spot, and it is a well-known leisure tourist attraction inside and outside the province. It is surrounded by forest water on three sides and connected with the main city on one side. It has many functions such as regulating climate, conserving water and maintaining biodiversity, and its ecological status is extremely important.

Jingyue District has obvious industrial advantages, forming a tourism and leisure industrial system represented by Jingyuetan Forest Park, a cultural, educational and scientific research industrial system represented by Jilin Jianzhu University, and a high-end industrial system represented by high-tech industrial clusters such as FAW Qi Ming Software Park, a national manufacturing software base.

Jingyue District is committed to the construction of an ecological new city, strengthening the ecological protection and construction of Jingyuetan forest ecological zone in the east and Xinli Lake water conservation zone in the south; Jingyue New Town Construction Area in the west focuses on developing high-end industries, feeding back ecological construction with industrial income, and introducing ecological resources from scenic spots and water conservation areas into the new town.
