It is located in the eastern suburb of Aksu City, Wensu County, with the towering Tianshan Mountains in the north and the Tuotuo River in Tao Tao in the south. It is the only adult institution of higher learning in Aksu and the only adult institution of higher learning in South Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps.
