According to the Notice of the Education Examinations Institute of the Ministry of Education on Relevant Matters Concerning the Qualification Examination for Primary and Secondary School Teachers in 2023 (No.95 [2022] of the Teaching Examination Center) and the spirit of the relevant documents of the Yunnan Provincial Department of Education, the relevant matters concerning the national unified examination (written examination) for primary and secondary school teachers in our province in the first half of 2023 are hereby announced as follows:

I. Registration and Examination Timetable

(1) Online Registration Time

1. Online registration time: 65438+1October 12 at 9:00.

2. Online registration time: June 65438+1October 13 from 9:00 to June 65438+1October 17:00.

3. Online review time: 2023 10/4 to 10/0/7: 00.

4. Online payment time: 24:00, 2023, 65438+ 10/8.

According to the Notice of the Teacher Affairs Department of the Ministry of Education on Adjusting the Names of Some Examination Subjects in the Qualification Examination for Primary and Secondary School Teachers (Teacher's Letter [202 1] 14), from June, 20021,"Primary School Society" was adjusted to "Primary School Morality and Rule of Law".

The subject of written examination in junior high school is changed from "knowledge and teaching ability of ideological and moral discipline (junior high school)" to "knowledge and teaching ability of moral and legal discipline (junior high school)". The "ideological and moral character (junior high school)" in junior high school interview subjects is adjusted to "morality and rule of law (junior high school)".

Candidates who apply for mental health education in primary schools, information technology and general education in primary schools, and mental health education in junior high schools and senior high schools are only allowed to take written examinations in subjects 1 and 2, and their subject 3 (subject knowledge and teaching ability) will be assessed together with the interview. "Japanese" and "Russian" subjects are combined with the reality of our province, and the examination will not be held for the time being.

Second, the application conditions

Those who meet the following basic conditions and have not reached the national statutory retirement age can sign up for the teacher qualification examination in our province.

(1) China citizens studying in schools have registered permanent residence or valid residence permit (excluding temporary residence permit);

(two) abide by the Constitution and laws, love education, and have good ideological and moral character;

(3) meeting the physical examination standards for applying for teacher qualification;

(four) meet the academic requirements stipulated in the "Teachers Law":

1. To apply for kindergarten teacher qualification, you should have graduated from kindergarten normal school or above;

2. To apply for the qualification of a primary school teacher, you should have graduated from a secondary normal school or above;

3. To apply for the qualification of a teacher of junior high school culture and professional courses, one should have graduated from a higher normal college or a college degree or above.
