Lujiang Cultural Education Center is a private non-profit educational unit, which aims to train teachers of ethics and moral education and social and cultural educators urgently needed by the society. At the same time, with the help of various teaching activities, we will cooperate with Tangchi Town People's Government to build a harmonious society demonstration town. The motto of the center is "learning to be excellent is to be an official, to be a man, to cultivate one's self-cultivation and to teach first".

In order to build a model town of harmonious society, with the organization and help of the town government, the center set up a town school and a green classroom. Teachers and staff set an example, send teachers to the countryside, go deep into villages, streets, schools and families, and learn the Chinese virtues of filial piety with the people and villagers in the town to help restore simple folk customs. Professor Kong Jing, a world-renowned educator, is also the chairman and legal representative of the center, and volunteers from home and abroad constitute the main body of teachers.

By June 24, 2007, Lujiang Cultural and Educational Center not only cooperated with the government to build a model town of harmonious society in Tangchi Town, Lujiang County, Anhui Province, but also sent some teachers to cooperate with the local government to carry out traditional ethics teaching activities to build a harmonious society.

Since its establishment, the center has received strong support and help from the local government and caring people from ten parties, and fully felt the desire of governments and people at all levels for the rejuvenation of Chinese culture and the expectation of Chinese virtues.
