Physical quality education means to improve the physical fitness of students in Duan Lian by various appropriate means, to make them master the basic methods of physical exercise, and to give them health education and popularize the knowledge of prevention and treatment of common diseases and infectious diseases, so as to ensure their healthy growth. Psychological quality mainly refers to the cultivation of good personality quality, including tenacious willpower, positive emotions, healthy interests, hobbies, needs, friendship, communication, sense of accomplishment, sense of honor, tolerance for difficulties and failures, and self-adjustment and correction of psychological imbalance, psychological contradictions and mental illness. Psychological quality education is to let students form a healthy psychology, be good at controlling and grasping their own abilities, and adjust psychological conflicts. The essence of quality education is to truly achieve the goal of "achieving the ends of the earth" through educational reform, that is, to comprehensively implement the party's educational policy, comprehensively improve the quality of education, make our education develop to every school, every student and every aspect of students, and turn the examination-oriented education focusing on elimination and selection into a basic, universal and developmental education.
