Wenzhou Education Trade Union is a special industrial trade union with teachers as the main body. Wenzhou Teachers College, formerly known as Wenzhou Primary and Secondary School Teacher Training Center, co-located with Wenzhou Primary and Secondary School Teacher Education Office, is a subordinate institution of Wenzhou Education Bureau. At present, it is a subordinate project unit of Zhejiang Primary and Secondary School Teacher Training Center and the educational cooperation project base of Hans Saidel Foundation between Zhejiang Province and Germany.
