How to promote the field of EQ education?
In the past, if children were smart, parents and elders would praise their children for their high IQ, and there were various training courses, saying that they could develop their intelligence and help them sign up for training courses. But now almost all children's IQ is equal, only a few are top-notch and only a few are extremely low, so more and more parents turn their attention to the cultivation of their children's EQ.

When we say that children have high emotional intelligence, we generally mean children's communication skills, ways of expressing emotions, attitudes towards others and so on. In fact, the definition of EQ is very broad. It is obviously too narrow to judge only from children's communicative competence. So parents should pay attention to all aspects of their children's growth. If the child is found to have such behavior, it may be that the child's emotional intelligence is low, so parents should pay attention!

First, children often bully the weak and love to make fun of others' shortcomings. Children often bully younger children at school. For example, when everyone plays basketball on the playground after class, the children like to play with them and laugh at them because they are short and can't catch the ball. Such children don't know how to make friends, don't know how to share, and they won't have intimate friends at school. Everyone was afraid of being bullied and forced to play with him.

Second, children always interrupt when others are talking and can't keep quiet. Sometimes when others are talking, or when adults are chatting, children always like to interrupt, so they must interrupt others to express their views and not respect others. The child's behavior shows that the child's emotional intelligence is low and he is eager for a sense of existence. Parents should educate their children to learn to respect others, and only by respecting others will they be respected by others.

Third, it is easy to lose your temper with your parents and friends and cannot be treated rationally. Some children will tell their parents when they are angry and explain the reasons for their anger. Such children obviously have higher emotional intelligence. However, if a child encounters something that makes him unhappy, he will lose his temper, throw things around, or have extreme behaviors such as slamming the door. This may be a bad habit of the family, resulting in a low emotional intelligence of the child. At this time, parents should take the right way to educate their children to handle things calmly. Losing your temper will not only not solve the problem, but also make things worse.

Fourth, children always "eat alone" and don't know how to share. Some children are generous and can play with any toys with their friends. Such children are often very popular. If you find that children are always playing with their own toys, they are unwilling to exchange with other children, and even grab other children's toys. And if you have snacks, you won't share them with other children. You always eat alone. Parents should pay attention to educating their children to learn to share, so as to make more friends.

Now the requirements for emotional intelligence are getting higher and higher. Parents must not ignore this! Otherwise, it will be difficult for your children to gain a foothold in society.
