Beijing Sport University, founded in 1953, is a national key university, a national "2 1 1 project" key construction university, and was successfully selected as the first batch of "double first-class" construction universities in China.
The school has a national key discipline of physical education and 1 Beijing key two disciplines; The overall level of the first-level discipline of physical education ranks first in the first three rounds of national discipline evaluation, and ranks A+ in the fourth round of national discipline evaluation.

2. Shanghai Institute of Physical Education
Founded in 1952, Shanghai Institute of Physical Education is one of the earliest physical education institutions in New China. It is also the first batch of "double first-class" universities in China and the construction sequence of high-level local universities in Shanghai.
At present, the school has four doctoral degree authorization points for the first-level discipline of physical education, four doctoral degree authorization points for the first-level discipline of physical education and two disciplines, three doctoral degree authorization points for the first-level discipline and four master degree authorization points.

School of Physical Education and Health, East China Normal University, formerly known as the Department of Physical Education, was founded in 195 1. The college has sports department, social sports department, sports training department and university sports department. At present, it has three undergraduate majors, master's degree and doctor's degree in first-class discipline, and has the right to award master's degree in education (physical education) and master's degree in physical education.
In the fourth round of discipline evaluation of the Ministry of Education in 20 17, school physical education was rated as A-level, and it was the only university with this level, ranking first among national comprehensive universities.

4. Beijing Normal University
The School of Physical Education of Beijing Normal University was established in July 2002 on the basis of the former Department of Physical Education and the Ministry of Public Sports. Its predecessor, physical education, was founded in 19 17 years ago with a history of 100 years. It is the earliest physical education discipline established in China.
There are three departments and two colleges: physical education department, sports department, sports and health department, sports humanities research institute and sports research institute.
The college now has postdoctoral mobile stations, doctoral programs, master programs and master programs in physical education.
