Teacher Nie has good ideological quality, high professional level and good teaching level. Nie has always been the chief judge of Changchun Division of Good Voices in China, with profound teaching skills, high professional quality and good humanistic quality.

While paying attention to teaching students scientific vocal methods, Teacher Nie successfully integrated Orff's teaching ideas into the teaching of pop music singing. Cultivate students to use body language, feel the rhythm, artistic conception and picture sense of music and experience as many artistic details as possible.

Teacher Nie has worked in Chengdu Military Region Opera Troupe, Shaanxi Orchestra, Air Force Chang 'an Art College and other large professional institutions and colleges, and participated in grassroots teaching extensively.
