Experience in educational psychology
As the ancients said, "Open books are beneficial". Reading and thinking often will make us brave and good at strict introspection and reflection on our education and teaching. We are not afraid to face up to our shortcomings and try to explore remedies. We should be good at summing up the successful experience of ourselves or our peers, extracting the essence for reference and laying a solid foundation for theoretical breakthrough. After reading Psychology of Learning and Teaching, I want to say to myself and my teacher: Reading can enrich your knowledge. A few years later, "textbooks are as easy as literacy textbooks in your eyes." After reading the book "Psychology of Learning and Teaching", I feel deeply that many teaching mechanisms and teaching concepts mentioned in this book are closely related to our education and teaching. After reading it, my professional level has been further improved and I have a deeper understanding of students' psychology and the psychology of learning and teaching. Teaching is the unity of teaching and learning. Only the active cooperation between teachers and students can realize the perfect combination of teaching. The book Psychology of Learning and Teaching includes three parts: teacher-student psychology, learning psychology and teaching psychology. It runs through the book with new learning theory, teaching theory and teaching design technology. Based on the psychological problems in school study and teaching, this paper introduces and analyzes the important aspects and main links of study and teaching. This paper discusses the relationship between learning types and teaching conditions, the interaction between students' personality characteristics and teaching treatment, and the interaction between teachers and students and classmates. Let me first talk about my understanding of the psychology of teaching and learning. Of course, these are all from the absorption and thinking of the contents of the book. Learning and teaching psychology is a new psychological discipline which combines learning psychology and teaching psychology to clarify the process of students' acquisition of knowledge, skills and morality, and how teachers can create appropriate conditions for students' effective learning and promote students' learning of knowledge, skills and morality. It is a science that studies students' learning activities and related psychological phenomena and their laws in the process of school education. It involves all psychological phenomena and laws in the process of school education. On the one hand, I deeply realize that teaching and learning are two processes that influence and promote each other, which is consistent with our experience in studying and living for so many years. On the other hand, I also realize that teaching is a complete process, and each process must be guided by correct theory, so as to better promote teaching. Teaching psychology is different from pedagogy: pedagogy studies some basic laws of the educational process, and correspondingly, teaching psychology studies the laws and applications of psychological activities of teachers and students under the conditions of education and teaching. From the book, I realized the following problems: 1, China's education is facing the transformation from "exam-oriented" education to "quality-oriented" education. To improve students' quality, teachers should first have good quality. We should update teachers' educational concepts and improve their teaching skills. 2. The object of primary and secondary education is young students. The development of students is not only the goal of education, but also the foundation of education. In order to achieve the expected educational effect, teachers must understand the basic laws of students' development and their individual differences. In teaching, I should grasp the cognitive characteristics of students and promote their cognitive development. It is the bounden duty of teachers to help students study effectively. In order to help students learn effectively, they must understand and skillfully use the learning rules. Therefore, we teachers should understand the process of students' cognitive ability, sports skills, attitudes and moral learning, as well as the internal and external conditions for effective learning. 4. Teachers must learn teaching psychology well, so as to transform the learned learning theory principles into teaching skills. Provide psychological basis and applied technology for our teaching decision. 5. Instructional design is a complex technology, which needs a lot of knowledge of psychology and pedagogy as guidance. Teachers must know and understand the general process of classroom teaching. The choice of any teaching method or technology in the classroom must meet the needs of teaching objectives. Stimulating and maintaining learning motivation is an important link in the process of education and teaching. Teachers must manage the classroom effectively from beginning to end in order to successfully complete all aspects of teaching tasks. 6. The measurement and evaluation of learning is an important link in the teaching process and an important part of educational psychology. The purpose of education is to trigger the change of students' behavior or tendency, and teachers should be good at using measurement to evaluate students' situation after learning. At present, teachers are often busy with teaching and pay more attention to the research of teaching materials and teaching methods, while ignoring the reliability and validity of testing, let alone using measurement to improve teaching. But in fact, exams affect teaching and learning, and wrong exams lead to wrong teaching and learning, which affects the quality of teaching. Personal gains and experiences: Psychology of Learning and Teaching reveals that students' characteristics should be understood in the process of education, and expounds what influence these characteristics will have on the teaching process. As a teacher, it will be the most important thing in his career to know his students, their study and how to guide their study effectively. Teaching and learning should not be separated, it is a community, which helps us to better understand the essence of teaching. Learn to fully understand everything, learn to put teaching in the "community" and learn to grasp it in the whole; Instead of separating teaching from learning, we should not only realize our limitations, but also be good at exploring our potential. Cultivating students' thinking ability, logical ability, expressive ability, critical thinking ability, communicative ability and innovative spirit is always the most essential core of teaching. I understand that the essence of learning is the self-cognition and self-transcendence of human beings, and I agree with the concepts and models of "lifelong learning" and "learning socialization". In school, what you learn is not dead knowledge, but the ability to learn. Learning should accompany one's life, and you should learn to learn. Without wisdom, knowledge itself is useless. Learning is not only a thing in class, we should also learn to learn in life and live in learning to create a learning society. Let students update their original learning concepts. In the past, they only paid attention to the study of knowledge and skills, but neglected the study of emotion, attitude, methods, moral quality and behavior habits, which are all very important; Pay attention to the innovation of learning activities, get used to accepting the ready-made knowledge of teachers or books, and are too lazy to think. Because as long as you master what the teacher says, you will get better grades and develop your laziness to a certain extent. Now you should turn to discovery-based and creative learning and explore unknown areas. Learning should not only have clear learning objectives, but also establish a sensitive and perfect feedback adjustment mechanism. Through the study of evaluation theory, we can update the concept of evaluation, and evaluation is not just exams and teacher comments. At the same time, we should also attach importance to self-evaluation, which is the starting point and destination of the learning process. Only by conducting more self-evaluation can we form self-awareness and gain self-transcendence. In the process of learning, we must first have a correct attitude, be diligent and practical, and study meticulously. On this basis, find and master the learning method that suits you best, that is, "learning skillfully". Some students have been working hard all day. Although their spirit is commendable, they have achieved little with half the effort. People value results, and as a result, no one will sympathize with such people. There was never a savior. Such students should get out of the quagmire of books and problems and seek scientific learning methods, so as to "learn" instead of "learn to die" and achieve twice the result with half the effort. The most fundamental requirement of skill learning is practice, which requires repeated practice to master it skillfully. In this process, we should pay special attention to the correctness of the initial action. If it's wrong from the beginning, it's hard to correct it once you get into the habit. It is better not to learn than to learn something wrong. Teaching is a two-way interactive activity between teachers and students. The book is practical, which explains the relationship between psychology and education well and transforms psychological knowledge into teachers' teaching ability. The emergence of learning psychology and teaching psychology is the product of the development of modern learning psychology and teaching psychology. Firstly, it expounds the learning rules of students and puts forward a systematic theory of classroom learning. Then, on the basis of learning theory, it expounds the general process of teaching, including the formulation of teaching objectives, the analysis of learning tasks, the selection and application of teaching methods, classroom management, the stimulation of students' motivation, the maintenance of classroom discipline and the measurement and evaluation of teaching effect. The emergence of learning and teaching psychology unifies learning theory, teaching theory and teaching method in a discipline system. This helps us to reflect on our own teaching and find out our own teaching style and characteristics. In short, I have benefited a lot from reading this book, and I need to read more such good books in the future. I believe that there are rich theories to guide my current education and teaching practice, and my road to education and teaching practice will become more solid and broader.
