2. Strengthen experimental research. We are required to pay attention to research at ordinary times, combine practice with scientific research, turn the practice process of education and teaching into an educational and scientific research process as a researcher, and be a conscientious person in educational and scientific research. 6. Strengthen the study and application of information technology. Focus on training all teachers in basic computer knowledge, basic skills and courseware development. It is stipulated that every Sunday afternoon is the collective study time, and the tutor is required to make a good teaching plan and review outline, so as to save time and be efficient and prepare for the teacher's computer exam next year.

7. Improve the incentive evaluation scheme.
