Special attention should be paid to whether students have abnormal performances such as sudden decline in academic performance, trance, abnormal mood, and absenteeism for no reason and their reasons. Students are prohibited from bringing dangerous goods such as controlled knives into the school.
④ Strengthen the comprehensive management around the school. It is necessary to strengthen the patrol prevention and control of students during important periods of going to school and students passing through key sections.
Two, according to the law to deal with student bullying and violence:
(1) Protect the physical and mental safety of students who are bullied and subjected to violence. All localities should establish a timely reporting system for bullying and violence among primary and secondary school students. Once students are found to be bullied and violent, schools and parents should inform each other in time, report to the higher authorities and contact the public security organs to intervene.
② Strengthen the deterrent effect of educational punishment. For students who commit bullying and violence, schools and parents should conduct serious criticism, education and warning talks. If the circumstances are serious, the public security organ shall participate in warning education. Students who refuse to mend their ways and commit bullying and violence for many times should be registered, and their performance should be recorded in the comprehensive quality evaluation of students, and transferred to special schools when necessary.
③ Implement scientific and effective follow-up consultation. After bullying and violence are properly handled, schools should continue to follow up and educate the students involved.
Third, effectively form a joint force to prevent and control student bullying and violence:
① Strengthen the overall coordination of departments. Set up a leading group for the prevention and control of bullying and violence among students, and form a trinity of unified leadership by the government, joint management by relevant departments, schools, families and society.
(2) parents' guardianship responsibilities shall be implemented according to law. Disciplining children is the legal guardianship duty of parents. Guide parents to enhance their awareness of the rule of law, earnestly strengthen the discipline of their children, especially the supervision and nursing education of their children after leaving school.
③ Strengthen the construction of a safe and civilized campus. Primary and secondary schools should take the prevention and treatment of bullying and violence by students as an important part of strengthening the construction of a safe and civilized campus.
The whole society should make joint efforts to protect the healthy growth of underage students. It is necessary to establish communication and cooperation mechanisms in schools, families, communities (villages), public security, justice, media and other aspects, unblock information sharing channels, and further strengthen positive publicity and guidance on student protection.
