1. Is Jinling Institute of Technology a book? Jinling Institute of Technology is two universities. It is a full-time undergraduate college focusing on cultivating high-quality applied talents. It is a national pilot university for the cultivation of skilled talents and a strategic research unit for the reform of the University of Applied Science and Technology of the Ministry of Education.
