Ji Zhihui. Changshan Vocational Secondary School was founded in the early 1980s, formerly known as Changshan Vocational and Technical School and Changshan Agricultural Technical School. The two schools merged 1998 and changed its name to Changshan Adult Vocational Education Center. In 2007, the president of Changshan Vocational Secondary School was Ji Zhihui, who was also the party branch secretary of Changshan Vocational Secondary School. He is a respected educator.
