Abstract: Teachers are professionals who perform their education and teaching duties, and undertake the mission of teaching and educating people, cultivating builders and successors of socialist cause and improving national quality. Therefore, teachers should not only abide by teachers' professional ethics, but also strengthen their own educational ideas and professional ethics.
The change of teachers' ideas under the new curriculum reform is a problem that every educator should pay attention to. The author briefly discusses some views on the change of teachers' ideas under the new curriculum reform from three aspects:
(1) change the backward teaching concept and create a democratic, equal and harmonious teaching atmosphere; (2) Change the direct education thought of teaching only textbook knowledge and implement innovative education;
(3) Change the traditional teaching methods and students' learning methods, and implement autonomous cooperative learning.
