In order to strengthen student management and do a good job in student registration, these measures are formulated in accordance with the Regulations of the Ministry of Education on the Administration of Students in Colleges and Universities (DecreeNo. 102). Student qualification

Students must register as students. Freshmen can only obtain the qualification of student status after registration; Registered students can continue to retain their qualifications. Students who fail to register on time do not have the qualifications for school status, do not enjoy the treatment of students studying in China, and cannot take elective courses and take course exams.

Freshman registration

Freshmen should hold the "Admission Notice" and go through the admission procedures at the school according to the relevant requirements and deadlines of the school. When a new student passes the re-examination by the relevant department, he/she shall go through the registration formalities by his/her department (department).

Registration of registered students

At the beginning of each semester, registered students must register at school on time. When students register, they should report to their department (department) with their student ID card, and the department (department) should affix the special seal for registration on the student ID card as the registration certificate.

Vacation and arrears

Students who can't register on time for some reason must ask for leave in writing to their department (department) with relevant certificates in advance, and the leave time generally does not exceed 14 days. If you can't register on time due to leave or arrears, you will go through the formalities of suspension of registration. Otherwise, it will be regarded as truancy. Those who fail to take leave, ask for leave without authorization or ask for leave overdue 14 days shall be deemed to have given up their school status and shall be treated as dropping out of school.

Lost replacement

Those who meet the registration requirements but have lost their student ID cards may apply for reporting the loss for replacement. After the approval of the leadership of the Ministry (department), the registration can be made first, and the registration stamp formalities can be postponed.

In any of the following circumstances, students will not be registered, and unregistered students will not enjoy the treatment of registered students in Hebei Vocational and Technical College of Building Materials.
