Recently, the office of the District Party Committee organized party member cadres to learn confidential knowledge training, which touched me a lot. In this study, I strongly realized that in today's rapid development of information technology, how to do a good job of confidentiality in the new period has become an important topic before us. Below, I will talk about some experiences in the process of learning confidential knowledge training in combination with my own work and life reality.

The ancients said, "Watch your mouth at all times, be careful what you say and do, keep your mouth shut, keep your mouth shut." This is a gentleman's way of keeping secrets, and it is also Xiu De's accomplishment. The word "secret" has a "must" each, which means to add a safety lock to "heart". Moreover, keeping your mouth shut and keeping your word is the way of being a gentleman of our Chinese nation. During the revolutionary war, revolutionary martyrs proved to us with their lives and blood that keeping secrets and safeguarding the interests of the country and the party are above all else. Nowadays, the development speed of communication is amazing. It can be said that a machine can know everything in the world. As computers enter people's homes, the network world provides convenient conditions for people to exchange needed goods and share each other's information, which means that the information involved in computers is open to all users, and the display has the strongest radiation. A slightly modified ordinary TV set can receive the signal on the computer display screen that works within 30 meters. The way of information transmission is not what it used to be. Some secret thieves can still use various technical means such as "hacker" programs to steal the secret information of computer systems in the network. Therefore, safety work involves a wide range.

Through the study, I realized the following three points:

First of all, most government officials need to further improve their understanding of the importance of confidentiality. With the further expansion of China's reform and opening-up, the in-depth development of market economy, the acceleration of information process and the steady progress of democracy and legal system construction, new changes have taken place in secret-related personnel, secret-related activities and secret vector, which have profoundly changed the objects, fields, methods and environment of secret-related management, made it more difficult to keep state secrets and increased the channels for leaking secrets. The problem that the concept, system and means of secrecy work are incompatible with the situation and tasks is becoming increasingly prominent.

Second, the form of confidential publicity and education needs further innovation. Although in recent years, our city has carried out a series of publicity and education activities on confidential legal system, on the whole, most of them are distributing leaflets and holding publicity columns, which are not very close to the actual work of cadres and the masses, and do not take the form that cadres and the masses love and enjoy and facilitate their participation, which makes their participation enthusiasm low and the effect unsatisfactory.

Third, the implementation of the confidential publicity and education plan needs to be further strengthened. At present, although the confidentiality mechanism of each unit has been established and the rules and regulations are relatively sound, there are still phenomena of ineffective implementation and inadequate implementation. Planning, system and implementation have all become a dead letter.

In view of the above problems, I am determined to take more practical actions in the future work of the organs from my own point of view. In my future work, I will do the following four things:

The first is to correct misconceptions and raise awareness of confidentiality. Combined with some lessons of leaking secrets, it is not that the person in charge of leaking secrets does not know how to do a good job of keeping secrets, but that he has some wrong understandings because of his weak sense of keeping secrets. For example, what everyone in the unit knows is not a secret, and telling secrets to people with good relationships is not a leak. Therefore, in the future theoretical study, I will seriously study the new secrecy law. By consulting the information in the new secrecy law, I will reflect on myself at any time, find out my wrong understanding of secrecy, and insist on not saying what I shouldn't say, not watching what I shouldn't ask or listening to what I shouldn't ask.

Secondly, we should adhere to party constitution's basic requirements for party member and resist the temptation from outside. Although we don't usually contact confidential work, we should put the interests of the country and the masses first. When dealing with the interests of the country and the people, we should always keep a clear understanding, and when dealing with external temptations, we should use party constitution to restrain ourselves, and earnestly achieve "eyes are not red, mouth is not red, hands are not stretched out".

Finally, we should speed up the updating of knowledge and enhance the prevention potential. The acceleration of information development has invisibly put forward higher and stricter requirements for confidentiality. At present, the development speed of informatization has obviously accelerated. If people engaged in information management can't update their knowledge quickly, they will not only be eliminated from their jobs, but more importantly, they will be helpless when dealing with illegal elements using the network to invade. Therefore, in the future work, I will continue to take the information trend as the guide, accelerate the absorption of new knowledge and technology, and build an unbreakable "firewall" in my work.

In short, with the rapid development of information technology today, as the grass-roots staff of district committees, they should establish a firm concept of confidentiality, be down-to-earth, be serious and responsible, be able to withstand loneliness, remain cold and cheerless, be hard-working, be good at using time, calm down, study well, strive to improve their overall quality, and strive to be security guards in the new era.

With the establishment of the socialist market economic system and the deepening of reform and opening up, the field of secrecy work has been expanding, the channels have been broadened, the means have been updated and the tasks have been aggravated. Facing the requirements of the new situation and new tasks, we should correctly handle five relations to do a good job of grassroots secrecy.

First, correctly handle the relationship between confidentiality and openness. The basic function of secrecy work is to ensure safety and promote development. At present, we should not only ensure the absolute security of state secrets, but also promote the orderly circulation of production factors such as capital, talents, information and resources. This requires us to overcome the wrong ideas of "can't keep secrets" and "can't keep secrets", grasp the scale of "guarantee" and "release", and prevent the one-sided tendency of only keeping secrets and not opening up. Do it in an orderly way, but not in disorder. Make the secrecy work better serve the reform, development and social stability.

The second is to correctly handle the relationship between inheritance and innovation. Innovation in inheritance and development in innovation are the inexhaustible motive force for doing all the work well. So is secrecy. On the one hand, we should inherit and carry forward the good experience and practices accumulated in the secrecy work for many years; On the other hand, we should combine the new practice, constantly explore and innovate, firmly establish the consciousness of confidentiality, service and responsibility, strengthen investigation and study, grasp the new situation, learn from new experiences, formulate new countermeasures, and constantly innovate the ideas of confidentiality work; In strict accordance with the requirements of the "Secrecy Law", improve the supervision mechanism of confidentiality law enforcement. Strengthen supervision and inspection, effectively improve the level of administration according to law and confidentiality, and constantly innovate management methods.

The third is to correctly handle the relationship between generality and emphasis. The task of secrecy is arduous, with many points, wide areas and long lines. At present, on the one hand, we should unremittingly do a good job in overall confidentiality, on the other hand, we should adhere to the principle of highlighting key points, conscientiously implement the confidentiality prevention measures for key personnel, key departments and key confidential information, and actively and steadily do a good job in confidentiality. The key personnel are mainly to do a good job in the confidentiality education and management of leading cadres and secret-related personnel at all levels, and constantly enhance their sense of confidentiality; Key departments and departments should establish and improve various confidentiality rules and regulations and the post responsibility system for secret-related personnel to ensure the absolute security of state secrets; Ensure that key confidential information is not leaked; Focus on strengthening the management of secret vector to prevent theft.

The fourth is to correctly handle the relationship between management and service. With the deepening of reform and opening up, the secrecy work is changing from a single management function to an all-round service function. This requires us to standardize various management measures on the one hand, and firmly establish service awareness, expand service areas, increase service efforts, and integrate services into management on the other hand. In particular, security personnel should master the knowledge of security laws and regulations, fully grasp the information of security work, put forward opinions and suggestions on strengthening security work in time, and provide good services for leadership decision-making; Actively guide enterprises and institutions to keep key technologies and important information confidential and provide good services for economic construction; Constantly strengthen the confidentiality supervision and management of all kinds of large-scale activities, prevent leaks, and do a good job in serving social stability.

Fifth, correctly handle the relationship between learning and practice. On the one hand, security workers should seriously study the spiritual essence of Theory of Three Represents Theory and Scientific Outlook on Development, learn security laws and regulations, modern science and technology and security business knowledge, and strive to improve their ideological and political quality and professional ability. On the other hand, we should make full use of what we have learned, do a good job of confidentiality under high-tech conditions such as computer network system, office informatization and e-government, and constantly improve the level of confidentiality at the grassroots level.
