This morning, Professor Nanpo gave a report on "Understanding Tao, Applying Method and Applying Technique —— Quality Classroom from the Perspective of Wisdom Education". He is very good at introducing topics and creating an interactive learning environment. He used many rich and novel teaching cases to explain his unique professional views, which also broadened my horizons and updated my educational philosophy.

The first is enlightenment. That is, the way to achieve cooperation. Cooperation includes cooperation among students, teachers and students, groups and classes. One person walks fast, and a group of people walk far. Cooperation can be a win-win situation. The core of cooperation is harmony without difference, not one thousand people. Harmony is different, we should pay attention to details and achieve harmony; Harmony without difference should be based on facts and appreciate interaction; Harmony is different, diversity should be realized and mutual promotion should be achieved.

Secondly, there are laws. The purpose of education is to cultivate socialist successors and builders with all-round development in morality, intelligence, physique, beauty and labor. How to cultivate such people?

Method 2: Activities. Subject knowledge and subject activities are the two wings of the formation of subject core literacy.

The subject activities of a class include: situational activities to introduce new class hours, students' thinking and analysis activities, group interaction activities, teachers' in-depth guidance activities, and students' self-evaluation and reflection activities.

Method 3: Ask questions. Voltaire said: A person's ability is not judged by how he answers, but by how he asks questions. Excellent people are experts in asking questions. An excellent teacher must also be a good teacher who can ask questions.
