According to official website of Soochow Education, the overall goals of the Three-year Plan for Strong Branch of Yiyang Rural Commercial Bank and the Three-year Plan for Strong Branch of Jiangxi Rural Commercial Bank are to build the top four branches with strong political functions, strong branch teams and strong party member teams. The purpose of this paper is to thoroughly implement the spirit of the 20th Party Congress, deepen the three-dimensional construction of grass-roots Party building, build a strong party branch, further standardize the daily management of the party branch, and provide a strong organizational guarantee for party member to be a pioneer and set an example in promoting rural revitalization.
