I am a contract teacher. After my resignation, the Education Bureau has been withholding files for more than two years, which has seriously affected my job search and continued graduate study. What should I do? Generally speaking, considering that it is not easy to introduce talents, local education departments and personnel departments are reluctant to give files.

Wish you success!
