Li Shaobo: Male, China nationality, born in 1965, without permanent residency abroad, graduated from Hunan Medical University with an EMBA from China Europe International Business School, vice president of Hunan Medical Device Industry Association, vice president of Changsha Medical Device Industry Association, member of academic committee of Hunan Key Laboratory of Molecular Nanometer and Molecular Engineering, and vice chairman of Hunan Honghui Education Development Foundation. Since August 2002, Mr. Li Shaobo has successively served as the executive director, chairman and general manager of Changsha Sannuo Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (the predecessor of our company). Mr. Li Shaobo is currently the Chairman and General Manager of the Company, the Executive Director of Sannuo Health Industry Investment Co., Ltd., the Executive Director of Sannuo Bio (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd., the Chairman of Shenzhen Cinuo Health Industry Investment Co., Ltd., the Chairman of Sannuo Health Management Co., Ltd., the Chairman of PolymerTechnology Systems: Inc and the Chairman of TrividiaHealth, Inc.
