Yunnan University of Finance and Economics (YNUFE) was founded in 195 1. It is located on the Panlong River in Kunming, the spring city. It is a key university in Yunnan Province, a high-level university in Yunnan Province, a national key organizational unit for college students' social practice activities, a national demonstration university for deepening the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education, and a scholarship receiving institution of the China Municipal Government for international students in China.

It is a multi-disciplinary and high-level financial teaching and research university with a long history and distinctive financial characteristics, with economy and management as the main disciplines and nine disciplines including law, philosophy, literature, science, engineering and art overlapping and developing in a coordinated way.

Yunnan University of Finance and Economics, formerly known as Yunnan Finance Cadre School, was founded in 195 1. Yunnan Institute of Finance and Trade 198 1 was established and started full-time undergraduate education; 1998 merged with Yunnan Economic Management Cadre College.

1995 was identified as a provincial key university by the Yunnan provincial government; In 2006, it was renamed Yunnan University of Finance and Economics, which is the most concentrated comprehensive university in Yunnan Province, covering doctoral and master's programs in economic management.

Li Xiaoxuan, Chairman of Yunnan einsun Education Group, Dean of Yunnan Institute of Technology and Vice President of China Private Education Association.

Li Xiaoxuan founded einsun Computer Training Center in Yunnan on 1999, and founded Yunnan einsun Education Group on this basis in 2005. Now it has become the largest private education group in Yunnan, specializing in higher vocational education and diversified comprehensive vocational education and training. It has many educational entities, such as Yunnan Institute of Technology, Yunnan einsun Training School and Guizhou Vocational College of Technology, among which Yunnan Institute of Technology is the first batch of private undergraduate colleges in Southwest China and the first in Yunnan Province since the founding of the People's Republic of China.

Chengyou Tian, male, Han nationality, born on 1 April, 1965, is a doctor of law from China University of Political Science and Law. He has served as a professor at Yunnan University and vice president of Yunnan University of Finance and Economics. He is currently the vice president and spokesperson of Yunnan Higher People's Court, member of the Standing Committee of Yunnan Provincial Political Consultative Conference and vice chairman of Yunnan Provincial Committee of Zhi Gong Dang.
