Li Xianghui (Hunan Xiangtan Xiangdian Group Co., Ltd., 411KLOC-0/) Abstract: According to the requirements of "Several Provisions on the Integrity of Employees in State-owned Enterprises", state-owned enterprises actively plan to carry out post integrity education activities, which will ensure the healthy and smooth reform and development of state-owned enterprises, promote the preservation and appreciation of state-owned assets and safeguard the interests of the state and investors. Party organizations in state-owned enterprises should always regard the construction of post integrity as an important political task and the top priority of promoting scientific development. In accordance with the principle of "treating both the symptoms and root causes, comprehensive management, giving equal attention to punishment and prevention, and focusing on prevention", we will establish and improve a punishment and prevention system that pays equal attention to education, system and supervision, vigorously carry out post clean government education, improve the working system, fully implement efficiency supervision, party style construction and anti-corruption, and take serving and promoting the scientific development of enterprises as the discipline inspection work.
First, strengthen publicity and education, and enhance the sense of integrity. If state-owned enterprises want to develop continuously, stably and healthily, they need to strengthen the anti-corruption construction of enterprises.
To create a clean and healthy atmosphere in state-owned enterprises, publicity and education must go first. In recent years, we have interspersed the content of on-the-job integrity education on the company's work platforms, constantly improved the ways and means of publicity and education, and achieved the goal of "everyone knows integrity, everyone thinks integrity, and everyone promotes integrity". 1. See the needle to remind education. Party organizations in enterprises should take advantage of the opportunity of backbone to attend middle-level cadre meetings, production dispatching meetings and business analysis meetings to give simple and clear warnings to remind leaders to stay awake, be honest and self-disciplined and do business honestly. 2. Propaganda positions activate education. Without a good supervision mechanism, even the best system will become a mere formality. State-owned enterprises should always strengthen inner-party supervision and staff supervision, support and guarantee supervision and audit supervision, turn passive post supervision into active preventive measures, and form a supervision mechanism with reasonable structure, scientific allocation, strict procedures and effective constraints. 1. Strengthen the efficiency monitoring of key links.
