Beijing University of Chinese Medicine is a national key university with Chinese medicine as the main subject directly under the Ministry of Education, which is jointly established by the Ministry of Education, the National Health and Wellness Commission, state administration of traditional chinese medicine and Beijing. It is a national "double first-class discipline" construction university, and also the chairman of the teaching steering Committee of traditional Chinese medicine and integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in newly-built universities of the Ministry of Education. The school has three campuses, namely Liangxiang Campus, Heping Street Campus and Wangjing Campus. Liangxiang Campus is located in Liangxiang University Town, Fangshan District, Beijing, Heping Street Campus is located atNo. 1 1 North Third Ring Road, Chaoyang District, Beijing, and Wangjing Campus is located at No.6 Wangjing Zhonghuan South Road, Chaoyang District, Beijing.
