Writing a letter of help to the education bureau is to solve the unfair treatment of children at school and will not be detained.

The types of punishment are:

(1) warning; (2) recording a demerit; (3) demotion or dismissal; (4) dismissal.

According to Article 37 of the Teacher Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), if a teacher is under any of the following circumstances, the school, other educational institutions or the administrative department of education shall give him administrative sanctions or dismiss him.

(a) deliberately not to complete the task of education and teaching, resulting in losses to education and teaching;

(two) corporal punishment of students, the education is invalid;

(three) bad conduct, insulting students, bad influence.
