3. The written subjects of junior high school teacher qualification examination are comprehensive quality (middle school), educational knowledge and ability, and subject knowledge and teaching ability. The subjects of "subject knowledge and teaching ability" in junior middle school are divided into Chinese, mathematics, English, physics, chemistry, biology, morality and rule of law, history, geography, music, sports and health, fine arts, information technology, history and society, science and so on 15 subjects.
4. The written test subjects of senior middle school teachers' qualification examination are comprehensive quality (middle school), educational knowledge and ability, and subject knowledge and teaching ability. The subjects of "subject knowledge and teaching ability" in senior high school are divided into Chinese, mathematics, English, physics, chemistry, biology, ideology and politics, history, geography, music, physical education and health, fine arts, information technology, general technology and so on 14 subjects.
5. Those who apply for the qualification of cultural teachers in secondary vocational schools will take the qualification examination for senior middle school teachers.
6. Apply for the qualification of specialized courses and practice instructors in secondary vocational schools, and take the written examination of "comprehensive quality" and "educational knowledge and ability" in the qualification examination of senior middle school teachers. The interview includes the examination of "subject knowledge and teaching ability".
7. Candidates who apply for public subjects (20 1A, 202A) coded separately in primary and secondary schools, after passing the written test, the interview is limited to music, physical education and facial make-up subjects in primary schools; Candidates who apply for public subjects (30 1A, 302A) separately coded for cultural courses in junior high schools, senior high schools and secondary vocational schools, after passing the written examination, will be interviewed only for music, physical education and aesthetics in junior high schools, senior high schools and secondary vocational schools. Candidates who have obtained qualified scores in subjects 20 1, 202, 30 1 and 302, and whose scores are within the validity period, can replace the qualified scores in subjects 20 1A, 202A, 30 1A and 302A accordingly; Candidates have passed the subjects 20 1A, 202A, 30 1A, 302A, so they cannot be replaced by the subjects 20 1, 202, 30 1, 302.
8. In the categories of mental health education in primary schools, information technology and general education in primary schools, and in the cultural courses of junior high school, senior high school and secondary vocational schools, mental health education, Japanese and Russian. The above subjects do not require written examination, but are only assessed in the interview. Candidates who have passed "Subject 1" and "Subject 2" in this category can apply for an interview directly.
Third, the application conditions

(2) Primary school teachers should have graduated from secondary normal schools or above.
(3) Junior high school teachers should have a teacher's college degree or above.
(4) Teachers in senior middle schools and secondary vocational schools should have a bachelor's degree or above from a normal university.
(5) The qualification of an internship instructor in a secondary vocational school shall be a graduate of a secondary vocational school or above, and have a professional and technical position of assistant engineer or above or a technical level of intermediate worker or above.
(two) candidates should register for the qualification examination for primary and secondary school teachers in the city and state where the household registration, student status or residence permit is applied. Fresh graduates of ordinary colleges and universities, their first-year students before graduation, and graduate students in school can sign up for the qualification examination for primary and secondary school teachers at their places of study.
(3) Full-time normal college students (including full-time education masters) who entered the school before February 365438+February 3 1 and February 20 15 can directly apply for the corresponding primary and secondary school teacher qualifications with their graduation certificates. However, if the applied teaching subjects are not the same or similar to the majors studied, you need to take the primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination. (four) Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents registration conditions
1. All Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents who study, work and live in our province, who abide by the Constitution and laws of People's Republic of China (PRC), support China's leadership, adhere to the socialist direction of running schools and implement the Party's educational policy, can apply to take the qualification examination for primary and secondary school teachers on a voluntary basis.
2. The valid documents for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents to apply for the qualification examination for primary and secondary school teachers are Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents' residence permits and Hong Kong and Macao residents' travel permits to and from the mainland, which are valid for 5 years in mainland travel permit for taiwan residents.
3. Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents can apply for the qualifications of teachers in kindergartens, primary schools, junior high schools, senior high schools and secondary vocational schools and the qualifications of internship instructors in secondary vocational schools.
4. Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents applying for teacher qualification must meet the academic requirements stipulated in the Teacher Law.
5. Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents who hold residence permits for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents can take the qualification examination for primary and secondary school teachers in their place of residence in our province and identify the qualifications of primary and secondary school teachers; Hong Kong and Macao residents who hold Hong Kong and Macao residents' passes to and from the Mainland and Taiwan Province residents who hold a five-year validity period may apply for taking the qualification examination for primary and secondary school teachers in our province.
6. Other conditions, procedures and submission materials for applying for the qualification of primary and secondary school teachers are the same as those of the applicants in our province. Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents study in normal universities in our province and implement corresponding policies in normal universities in our province.
(5) Those who have been disqualified as teachers shall not sign up for the examination within 5 years; Those who are deprived of political rights, or who have received criminal punishment of more than fixed-term imprisonment for intentional crimes, may not sign up for the examination. If there is cheating in the teacher qualification examination, it shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Measures for Handling Violations in the National Education Examination (Decree No.33 of the Ministry of Education).
Fourth, the registration process

The second step is to register. Candidates must (re-) register and obtain the login password of the online newspaper system (the account number is their ID number) before they can sign up for the written test. Candidates are required to fill in information such as name, certificate type and certificate number accurately when registering.
Step 3: After completing the registration, candidates should carefully read and confirm according to the process before signing the letter of commitment for integrity examination (electronic version), and promise to abide by the examination discipline. Violation of examination discipline, in accordance with the "People's Republic of China (PRC) Criminal Law Amendment (IX)" and "national education examination disciplinary measures" of the relevant provisions and regulations.

In principle, the test center is located in the seat of the Municipal People's government. Step 9, pay the fee. After passing the online examination, before the deadline for online payment confirmation, candidates can log in to the online registration system for primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination again, and check the examination results online according to the system prompts and pay the examination fee. After payment, candidates can check whether the registration is successful in the online registration system. Candidates who have not been audited or failed to pass the examination cannot pay the examination fee online. Candidates who pass the exam and fail to pay the exam fee online within the time limit will be regarded as giving up the application by the registration system, and the current application information of the student will be automatically cancelled. After the payment is successful, the candidates register successfully.
Five, the admission ticket printing, examination results query and audit

Sixth, the examination fee.
According to the Notice of the Hunan Provincial Development and Reform Commission and the Provincial Department of Finance on Printing and Distributing the Items and Standards of Administrative Fees in Hunan Education System (No.531of Xiangfa Reform and Increase Fees [2065438+08]), the written test fee standard is 70 yuan per person and subject. Seven, illegal treatment
