Sometimes blended learning projects need to be designed around the established strategy of enterprises. When we make a good value orientation of the learning project, then we need to turn this orientation into the goal of this project. How to design this goal? Soft training is something that people must complete, such as willingness, belief in breaking through limitations, and motivation to enhance self-confidence to complete tasks. These things can be done by chance through online learning, but I am not sure. It can often be completed after people give counseling or join psychological and technical training. These are all called soft training. This is a very brand-new piece in the field of training at present, and we must consider it at the beginning of the project design, because then we can put a lot of things on the internet, mobile phones, and even read by ourselves. No longer waste a lot of time to concentrate on training. Training together is a very big cost, and everyone only sees, for example, how much does it cost me to hire a trainer and how much does it cost to organize this training? In fact, the biggest cost of face-to-face training is the resource and opportunity cost of so many people coming together, so it is best not to get together.
