First, establish rules and regulations to standardize words and deeds.
The formation of good behavior norms can not be completed by several times of education and activities, but by long-term training. It is an important guarantee to establish a complete formative education system or corresponding supervision institutions and persistently do a good job in the education of behavioral norms. The main systems of code of conduct education in our class are:
1. Duty system: In addition to standing cadres, there are posts such as "The monitor on duty", "Normative Administrator" and "Harmonious Mediator". The class took turns holding The monitor on duty. His duty is to check the daily cleanliness, fill in the class affairs log, pay attention to students' extracurricular activities and daily behavior norms, and deal with emergencies. When problems are found, educate, correct or report them in time. Standardization managers are responsible for supervising students' standardization behavior and keeping records. "Harmonious Mediator" is responsible for the harmonious mediation of students' violation of discipline, study, health, life and entertainment. In order to arouse their enthusiasm, they were given relevant signs, which greatly stimulated their enthusiasm for work. At the same time, the implementation of the "duty system" starts from a small place and truly implements the education of behavioral norms.
2. Recording, marking, assessment and appraisal system: In order to effectively regulate students' behavior, I have formulated the Detailed Rules for the Assessment of Class Norms and issued them to every student for everyone to learn. Because everyone has to restrain himself and regulate his behavior according to the detailed rules, everyone has the possibility of being a management cadre (giving priority to the well-behaved election). Secondly, the personnel on duty are required to carefully check the records every day (display: the detailed rules for the assessment of the school's daily behavior norms). Students will get extra points for which project they usually do well, and vice versa. Taking the code of conduct as a mirror, we should publish it once a day, summarize it once a week and evaluate it once a month, and summarize the plus points and minus points of the "standardized management" record book into the detailed rules assessment column to increase the transparency of management. The benchmark of each student in the class is 100 points, and each point deducted is not expressed by numbers, but by a five-pointed star. The angle of the five-pointed star represents one point, and the pen with red and blue ink is used to add points and deduct points to see who has more red stars and less or no blue stars. At the end of the period, according to the management records and self-evaluation of students' daily behavior norms, the group awarded various advanced "new three good students, outstanding cadres, ten primary school students, good students, good children and good citizens" and gave some recognition and rewards. In this way, students' usual personal behavior records are combined with the final evaluation, so that students' usual behavior is under the supervision of collective public opinion and students can abide by the norms themselves.
Second, strict training and gradual internalization.
To train students in the code of conduct education, we must "convince people with reason, move people with emotion and guide people with deeds", among which "guiding people with deeds" is particularly important. Therefore, according to the theory of "conditioned reflex", I strengthen the training of students' behavior norms and let students develop good behavior habits. In intensive training, I adopted the following training methods:
1, training the "Code of Daily Behavior for Primary School Students" in various activities. In the routine formative education of primary school students, we can pay attention to the combination of various methods and choose the training methods that students are willing to accept. Such as: model demonstration method, behavior training method, persuasion education method, appraisal competition method, practical experience method and so on. The collective activities of classes and teams are the main channels for cultivating education. In group activities, students are required to queue up in and out, sit in order, don't eat snacks, don't throw scraps of paper, listen carefully and applaud politely. Besides, counselor Zou Juanyun and I also have strict regulations on students' saluting, standing and wearing red scarves. Another example is the theme activities of the class meeting, such as "learning rules and regulations and being a standard student" and "knowledge of rules and regulations". Stories, sketches, games and other forms are entertaining, so that students can understand the significance of cultivating compliance with norms in activities.
Teachers' behavior is the most powerful hint to students, so when we find the problems existing in students, we should try our best to set an example through actions and urge students to correct them. If we are not late, we must do it first. There are scraps of paper on the ground. It is often impossible to cultivate students' good hygiene habits if they simply announce in class that they are forbidden or punished to pick up garbage in public places. Punishment may even make students deliberately destroy hygiene in private. So I always pick it up at any time or advise students to make moral judgments. The more times, the more students pay attention to their hygiene habits. In addition, student cadres are also required to set an example and bring a good atmosphere. For this reason, I attach more importance to cadre training. Generally speaking, I was trained through "point" and "face" (point: leading cadres; Face: The whole class). For example, The monitor on duty is a task that everyone must do, and they must rely on the guidance of teachers and standing cadres to complete it. Therefore, it is necessary to train both leading cadres and the whole class. How to do key training: how to organize students to read and do two exercises, how to supervise hygiene, and how to coordinate the placement of books, mops, brooms and buckets.
2. Integrate the "code of conduct for primary school students" into daily life. Students are required to be standardized, scientific and serialized in their daily behavior at school. For example, students are required to "queue up to enter the canteen, sit in an orderly manner according to their seats, don't talk when eating, whisper what they want to say, raise their hands when begging, put the round stool on the table after eating, and there can be no scraps of paper and leftovers on the ground.
3. Integrate the "code of daily conduct for primary school students" into the family. Family education is an effective supplement to school education. Teacher Zou Juanyun and I will organize at least 2-3 parent-teacher conferences every semester. After the detailed rules of the daily code of conduct were worked out, we held meetings with teachers and parents respectively to preach the detailed rules to them, hoping to get support and cooperation in educational measures. And regularly issue the "Home-School Contact Letter" to parents, asking parents to urge their children to implement it at home. Sometimes, parents will take the time to pick up their children from school, conduct positive interviews with them, and learn about students' behavior habits at home. At the same time, every parent will know their children's situation at school in time, and let students know that they are strictly supervised and cultivated not only at school, but also at home and in society.
Third, feedback evaluation, correction and strengthening.
Feedback is divided into positive feedback and negative feedback. Positive feedback is an evaluation of the development of good behavior, which can give students encouragement and confidence, thus generating new motivation for good behavior and has a reinforcing effect. Negative feedback is an evaluation of bad habits, which can be used to adjust and control bad behaviors, make them conform to the standard objectives, and have a corrective effect. Zou Juanyun and I have been using "Red Flag" and "Warning" columns for feedback in class, which has fully mobilized the enthusiasm of students and won the recognition of parents. One of the parents once wrote in the school book at home: "The two teachers, Da Zhou and Xiao Zou, are anxious about what the students think and what they are anxious about, and have paid a lot for the students ... It is a little troublesome to praise excellent or progressive children with red flags on the blackboard every day, but it really plays an inestimable role in the growth of children. Thank you for your hard work! " Now we sometimes use the column "Happy Tree" to let students who have performed particularly well or made progress "climb" the tree and feel the happiness of progress and success.
Fourth, the actual effect and experience.
Through the implementation of rules and regulations training, students gradually developed the habit of whispering in school, and the noisy phenomenon of high school students in classrooms and restaurants gradually decreased; Taking pride in not affecting others' study, rest and life, civilized customs and habits are getting better and better; The flag-raising is more solemn, and the procession is more neat and full of energy (eyes forward, head up, strong and natural pace). On campus, teachers and guests can take the initiative to say hello to them, and often see polite expressions such as "hello", "sorry", "never mind", "thank you" and "goodbye". Items in desks, chairs and drawers are placed in order (ink bottles, colored pens, towels, paper towels, water cups, sports equipment and other items are all placed in the cabinet), which can clean desks and chairs well; There are more and more people walking upstairs and downstairs to the right. They love reading, preview, recite, correct mistakes, take notes and prepare for the next class. This is undoubtedly not the result of good daily code of conduct training, but a few special students are used to jet lag, which also shows that daily code of conduct training is arduous and persistent.
Practice has made me realize:
1, the cultivation of good behavior norms is a process of "understanding → guidance → evaluation", which is repeated constantly. Constantly consolidate the original behavior habits in the cycle and realize new behavior needs. Among them, "understanding" is the foundation, because students are limited by age and knowledge, and have a weak concept of right and wrong. Students lack understanding and practice of correct behavior, so "understanding" education must be strengthened. "Guidance" is the key. Teachers' guidance requirements must take into account students' original behavior foundation and the possibility of achievement, and prevent excessive behavior requirements. "Evaluation" is deepening. The evaluation process is not only a kind of self-education, but also a process of moral internalization, that is, a process from heteronomy to self-discipline.
2. The cultivation of good behavior norms can be formed through training. The key is to strengthen the hierarchy and order of training objectives, and the combination of specific guidance and students' subjective consciousness in the training process.
3. It is impossible to develop a good code of conduct overnight, not to mention our target is primary school students. Therefore, as long as we make unremitting efforts, be diligent in thinking, moving, saying and doing, we will certainly receive better results.
