In order to further strengthen the regular construction and management of the army, improve the ability to implement safety management according to law, strengthen the awareness of rules and regulations and discipline of officers and men, standardize the order of the army and promote the development of the army, according to the unified deployment of the headquarters, the school launched the "Rules and Regulations Learning Month" in April. The school has been "three noes" for many years in a row, which has something to do with the solid implementation of various systems in peacetime, being prepared for danger in times of peace, and always tightening the string of safety. Through the study, I made clear the important role of rules and regulations in the management and safety of the army, and enhanced the rules and regulations and safety awareness. Through this study and comparative study, I analyzed my main problems as follows:

First, the research is not thorough enough. When studying rules, regulations and laws, I have a good grasp of the regulations closely related to work and life, but I am not familiar with and do not understand the regulations that are not closely related to the post, especially the regulations in the industry. I don't know the rules for dealing with emergencies, and I don't have a good grasp of police-civilian disputes. I think I am a technical cadre at heart, so there is no need to learn this.

Second, the work is not professional enough. Since joining the army, my main job has been teaching and educating people. In recent years, schools have diversified their tasks and increased temporary training. As a teacher, I still have some problems, such as uncertain demand for teaching objects, imprecise teaching content and poor teaching artistry. In my daily work, I always relax my research on professional knowledge intentionally or unintentionally, ignoring the cultivation and reconstruction of knowledge and ability. Learning is not conscious, not active, and I don't want to find time to study. Even if you have time, you can't sit down and go deep.

Third, the safety awareness is not strong. Combined with my own reality, my biggest problem is sloppy and lax thinking. I always feel that I am an adult, I can manage everything by myself, and I don't need rules and regulations to regulate my behavior. In fact, I go to work by bike every day. As long as I drive on the road, there is a great safety problem. I remember that several colleagues at school were injured by others because they rode electric cars. After careful consideration, I really need to improve my safety awareness, strengthen my own protection and be responsible for my personal safety.

The next step is to rectify these problems. I think we should pay attention to them first. Thought is the forerunner of behavior, and anything can only be done well if it is paid attention to in thought, whether it is work or study. Moreover, these things can not be solved and improved overnight. You should keep this kind of attention in your mind for a long time. You can't say that everything will be the same after one month of study. Secondly, we should maintain normal study, which makes people progress, distinguish right from wrong and understand the truth. Through rational thinking, grasp the teaching rules, study the teaching objects, improve the teaching art, and earnestly perform the duties of a teacher. In addition, it should be implemented by practical actions, and everything should be done in strict accordance with rules and regulations. Never do anything prohibited by laws and regulations, do something that you don't feel, and take a chance. Always keep in mind the rules and regulations, guide your words and deeds with rules and regulations, and set high standards and strict requirements.
