The Institute has gathered more than 200 professors, doctors, senior researchers and returnees, and built the largest enterprise postdoctoral workstation in Shenzhen, with a total of 64 postdoctoral staff. Under the framework of the Institute, the Personnel Training Department (Li He Education) 1997 was established. Over the past three years, more than 80 EMBA, MBA and enterprise senior management training courses have been held, and more than 5,000 senior management talents from enterprises and governments have been trained. Lihe Education Institute of International Education became the official cooperative school of the Service Center for Studying Abroad of the Ministry of Education (the only institution in China that certifies foreign academic degrees).
