Xinyu High-tech Industrial Park in Jiangxi Province is the only provincial development zone at the deputy departmental level in Jiangxi Province. There is no education bureau in this park. According to the regulations of People's Republic of China (PRC) Organizational Establishment Committee, the Ministry of Education is the government department in charge of education and language work.
