Article 11
Registered architects should receive 120 hours of continuing education in each registration cycle. Among the 60 hours of compulsory courses, 30 hours of public courses and 30 hours of specialized courses; Among the 60 hours of elective courses, 30 hours of public courses and 30 hours of specialized courses. Registered two or more majors, in addition to continuing education in public courses, should receive 20 hours of continuing education in the corresponding registered professional courses every year.
Article 12
During the validity period of each registration, after the registered architect chooses centralized face-to-face lectures or online lectures to receive continuing education 120 hours or completes the required hours of applying for additional registration, his certificate of continuing education for registered architects can be used as proof of applying for overdue initial registration, renewal registration, additional registration and re-registration.
Thirteenth in the period of validity of registration, registered architects can arrange the hours of continuing education in a centralized or annual manner according to the needs of their work. Article 14 The contents of the public course of continuing education for registered architects include:
(a) the laws, regulations, standards and policies recently promulgated by the state on engineering construction; (2) New theories and methods of construction project management; (3) Case analysis of construction project management;
(4) professional ethics of registered architects. Article 15 The professional courses of continuing education for registered architects include: (1) the recently promulgated laws, regulations, standards and norms of engineering construction related to the industry;
(two) the new technology, new materials, new equipment and new technology of engineering construction; (3) Case analysis of professional engineering project management; (four) other knowledge related to the construction project management business that needs to be supplemented. Article 16
Registered construction engineer engaged in the following work and obtained the corresponding certificate, which can be used as part of the elective course of continuing education:
(a) to participate in the national first-class or second-class construction engineer qualification examination outline, examination book writing and proposition work, 20 hours per person per year.
(two) engaged in the teaching of construction engineering economics, construction project management, construction laws and regulations and other courses, as well as the compilation and teaching of continuing education textbooks for registered construction engineers, 20 hours per person per year.
(3) publish academic papers or monographs and teaching materials on construction project management in publicly issued provincial and ministerial periodicals. Each paper is limited to 10 class hours, and monographs and teaching materials with more than 50,000 words are limited to 20 class hours.
(four) to participate in the formulation of relevant engineering construction laws and regulations organized by the state and the competent construction departments of the people's governments of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, and each person shall be counted as 20 hours per year.
During the validity period of each registration, the continuing education time of the above work shall not exceed 60 hours. Article 17
The unit where the registered construction engineer works shall urge the registered construction engineer to receive continuing education on schedule, and provide time guarantee for the registered construction engineer to receive continuing education.
Registered construction engineers enjoy wages, insurance and welfare benefits stipulated by the state during their continuing education. Article 18
Measures for the administration of continuing education for second-level construction engineers shall be formulated separately by the competent construction departments of the people's governments of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government in conjunction with the relevant departments of transportation, water conservancy and communications. Article 19
Training units can not guarantee the quality of training or other violations, the supervision and management department can give a warning or report to the competent construction department of the State Council to cancel the qualification of continuing education and training of registered construction engineers. Article 20
These Measures shall be interpreted by the competent construction department of the State Council. Article 21 These Measures shall come into force as of the date of promulgation.
