Teleology emphasizes that the purpose or result of education should be for people's happiness and for happy education; The process theory emphasizes that the process of education is the process of people experiencing happiness, which is a happy education. Although the happiness of students is more concerned than that of teachers, the happiness of teachers in education is directly related to the happiness of students, including the happiness of teachers and the happiness of students.
First, the happiness of students.
Some scholars believe that happiness is the basic right of students, and ensuring that their rights are not violated and meeting the needs of students' survival and development is the basis and proper meaning of students' happiness. To realize the happiness of students, we should start from the following aspects:
(A) let students take the initiative to learn.
The cultivation of learning interest plays a key role in the cultivation of students' active learning ability. Students' autonomous learning ability can be cultivated and improved from several aspects: 1. Kuang believes that the reasonable satisfaction of teachers' needs is the basis and starting point of teachers' happiness, the proper meaning of teachers' happiness, and teachers' creation is the highest realm of teachers' happiness. Feng Jianjun believes that teachers' happiness should include moderate wealth, physical and mental health, interpersonal harmony, noble moral character and perfect development. Only by combining life and work can teachers really get a sense of professional happiness.
(A) the source of happiness for teachers

Teaching and educating people is the mission of teachers, so students are the main source of happiness. The respect of students, the love of parents and the recognition of society are great affirmation of the value of teachers. Teachers' pride and happiness will also increase day by day. 3, in itself. It is a kind of happiness to constantly achieve self-transcendence. The realization of teachers' happiness mainly comes from the improvement of teachers' own quality and the establishment and perfection of social security mechanism. The improvement of teachers' own quality is the basic condition for teachers to get happiness, but a certain social security mechanism should be established to ensure the realization of teachers' happiness. 1, improve the treatment of teachers. The treatment here refers to both material and spiritual levels. In China, the teaching profession has a high social status. The high professional prestige and low selection rate of teachers are a major feature of teachers' profession, which is due to the low material treatment of teachers. We should also consider the particularity of teachers' profession. In addition to meeting the material needs of teachers, teachers should also be provided with conditions for further study to meet their needs for self-realization. 2. Improve teachers' own quality. (2) Establish a good relationship between teachers and students. Only the happiness of teachers is not the happiness of education, and only the happiness of students is not the happiness of education. Therefore, to achieve happiness, we must understand the relationship between education and happiness and put education in an important position.

Human happiness is not only the ultimate goal of education, but also exists in the process of education. In fact, it is education for happiness, and happiness because of education. People are educated to gradually learn some survival skills to meet their personal needs. In this process, education also invisibly improves the quality of individuals and makes people learn all kinds of principles of dealing with people, and I think the greatest value of education is undoubtedly reflected in the promotion of people's spiritual realm. As a Chinese teacher in the future middle school, my understanding of educational happiness should be that sentence, right? All for the children, all for the children, all for the children? The so-called education is actually for the sake of children's happiness. In this paper, I will discuss education and happiness, how education can promote people's happiness, and try to realize happiness in the process of education in combination with the characteristics of my subject.
I. Education and happiness
(A) the meaning of education
This concept can be discussed from two aspects. First, in a broad sense, what is education? Social activities that consciously affect the physical and mental development of the educated through educators? And what is education in a narrow sense? Purposeful and planned educational activities undertaken by specialized educational institutions and conducted by professional professors, which can profoundly affect students' physical and mental development? .

Everyone has different views on the word happiness. Since ancient times, many people have given a profound explanation to happiness. Trying to survive is the essence of life. ? [3] Therefore, we can also think that everyone can express their understanding of happiness. For example, a poor man thinks that money is happiness; And a college entrance examination candidate who is preparing for the college entrance examination will think that being admitted to a key university is happiness and so on. Therefore, when a people's teacher regards education as the highest ideal in his life and firmly believes that his educational goal is to train one excellent graduate after another, then he is a happy educator in his life, because his work makes the students around him feel happy.
Second, how can education promote people's happiness?
The great significance of education to happiness lies in that it takes people from? A natural entity? Orientation? The state of spiritual existence? , is that okay? Constantly bring the new generation into a complete spiritual structure and let them live, work and communicate with a complete spirit? . [4] If education is to achieve happiness, the most important thing is to achieve educational equity. Education can promote people's happiness mainly in the following two aspects: First, education can promote people's happiness. The formation of students' happiness ability is generated under the guidance of teachers. Only under the organization of school education activities and through teachers' purposeful and planned teaching can people's happiness ability be better improved. Secondly, the most important function of education is to cultivate people's life and development ability. One of the main functions of education is to promote people's all-round comprehensive development, which mainly includes two aspects: body and mind. To make people feel happy in these two aspects, education is the main way to achieve it, because education is the most basic need of people, and it is difficult for people without education to achieve happiness in life.
As graduate students of subject teaching (Chinese), we should be more clear about our responsibilities, and when we become Chinese teachers in the future, we should better guide students to pursue their own happiness and let them live in a happy atmosphere. Because students' perception of happiness is mainly obtained from humanities, and Chinese, as a tool for learning other courses, plays an important role. Almost all students' ideological and humanistic qualities are obtained from a lot of reading. Therefore, we should constantly introduce some books that help students form their outlook on life and values for them to read, and guide them to perceive and pursue happiness in the teaching process.
Third, strive to get happiness in the education process.
Efforts to achieve happiness in the process of education mainly include the following three aspects. First of all, we should set reasonable educational goals. This is very important, because we can only educate students well under reasonable goals. In the process of teaching, we should take care of all the students and make them happy through education. Never ignore the feelings of underachievers for the sake of the growth of good students, which is against the principle of teachers. Secondly, we should choose appropriate teaching methods in the teaching process. Take Chinese as an example. Practice, cooperation and autonomous learning should be increased in education. Chinese teaching has a profound cultural tradition. We should inherit the excellent traditional teaching methods and strive to innovate under the contemporary educational situation. In short, let students love Chinese and learn Chinese. Chinese teachers can't talk alone in class, but must interact with students. They can have the ability of intense debate, group discussion, independent thinking and questioning textbooks. We should constantly improve students' creativity and enthusiasm, and let students experience the profoundness of China literature in the process of learning Chinese, so as to gain real happiness. Finally, we should maintain a good relationship between teachers and students. The relationship between teachers and students is related to whether a good class can be formed, or take Chinese as an example. If a student doesn't like the Chinese teacher, he certainly won't study Chinese seriously. The Chinese performance of this class will definitely not be good, and the students will not cooperate well with the teachers in the teaching process. If the teacher can't get the students' response, the classroom will become more and more boring, and naturally the passion for teaching will be lost. Chinese, in particular, focuses on cultivating students' ideological and literary qualities. Therefore, we should pay attention to cultivating a harmonious relationship between teachers and students. Teachers and students are creators and experiencers respectively. In a word, any activity of human beings should aim at achieving happiness in life, and one of the purposes of education is to return to human values and emotions. To truly make education benefit all mankind, we can cultivate outstanding talents who can achieve happiness and enjoy happiness, influence the whole education circle, and let students feel the joy of learning, instead of taking learning as a burden.
