Huan County borders Huachi County, Qingyang City, Gansu Province, and Dingbian County, Yulin City, Shaanxi Province in the east, Qingcheng County and zhenyuan county in Gansu Province in the south, Yuanzhou District, Tongxin County and wuzhong in Guyuan City, Ningxia in the west, and Yanchi County in Ningxia in the north.
It is about 124 km wide from east to west and 127 km long from north to south, with a total area of 9236 square kilometers. By 2020, Huan County will administer 10 towns, 10 townships, 25 1 administrative villages and 1 community.

Donglaoye Mountain 1
Donglaoye Mountain is located at the junction of Shaanxi, Gansu and Ningxia provinces in the northeast of Huan County, with an altitude of 1.774 meters. 2. Lingwutai Park
Lingwutai Park, located in the north of Huan County, is a comprehensive park built in the county based on Lingwu ancient platform, Song Dynasty brick tower, ancient city wall, beacon tower and other relics and Lingwu Temple. Brick pagoda in Song Dynasty is a famous landscape in the history of Huan County. It was built in Yuan Shizu Zhongtong for five years (1264), that is, Li Zongding respected it for five years in the Southern Song Dynasty.
The tower is an octagonal structure, with one brick reaching the top, and the copper-plated tower gate is 22 meters high, with beautiful shape and exquisite craftsmanship. It is the most intact ancient brick tower in Qingyang City. 1962, Gansu provincial people's government announced it as a provincial-level cultural relics protection unit.
3. Wenchang Pavilion Scenic Area
Wenchang Pavilion Scenic Area is located on the west bank of Huanjiang River in Huanxian County. It is a tourist attraction integrating cultural tourism, religious tourism and eco-tourism. With a total area of1.200mu, the main scenic spots include the pterosaur sculpture around the river, Buyun Bridge, Qiaoxi Square, Wenchang Pavilion, Bell Tower, Drum Tower, Champion Bridge, Yanchi, Yangren Pavilion and Runwu Pavilion.
