4, in conjunction with the relevant departments to do a good job in the budget, use plan and allocation of education funds; According to the provisions of the State Council, provincial and municipal documents, in conjunction with the relevant departments, do a good job in the collection, use and management of education surcharge, infrastructure surcharge, special control commodity surcharge, urban maintenance and construction tax allocation and other related expenses; Supervise and inspect the tuition management and the use of funds in schools of all levels and types in the city.

5, centralized management of the city's education system schools, teachers and students and school safety work; Responsible for guiding the ideological and political work, moral education, physical education, aesthetic education, health work, legal education, national defense education, youth science popularization and insurance work of all schools in the city.
