Cai Dong is Dongbei University of Finance and Economics. Dongbei University of Finance and Economics, referred to as "Dongbei University of Finance and Economics" and "Cai Dong" for short, is a university jointly founded by the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Education and the People's Government of Liaoning Province in People's Republic of China (PRC). It is a financial university that highlights the advantages and characteristics of economic management, and the disciplines of economy, management, law, literature, science, education and philosophy develop in harmony. It was selected into "20 1 1 Plan", "Key Research Base of Humanities and Social Sciences of the Ministry of Education", "Public Postgraduate Program of National Construction of High-level Universities" and "China Government Scholarship Receiving Institution for Overseas Students". It is the first institution in China to participate in and obtain the "Quality Certification of Sino-foreign Cooperation in Running Schools" and is a key discipline project construction institution with national characteristics.
