Candidates who need to transfer the qualified course scores of taking the self-study exam in our province to other provinces shall go through the formalities of transferring the exam files. The processing steps are as follows:

Submit a transfer-out application

Log in to the self-taught examination management system of Guangdong Province, and submit the transfer-out application through the "Transfer-out Application" function in the examination registration and adjustment exemption management module.

Pay the transfer fee

Pay the transfer fee 10 yuan/certificate to Shenzhen Development Bank.

Go through the transfer formalities

With the admission ticket, the original and photocopy of the ID card, and the bill of payment, go through the transfer formalities at the Shenzhen Self-taught Examination Office every Tuesday and Thursday (except holidays).

Audit inspection document

After the examination of the provincial examination office, the examination files of candidates will be sent to the provincial examination office. After 50 working days, candidates will check the audit results through the system.
