Responsibility adjustment:
(a) to cancel the administrative examination and approval items that have been announced by the municipal government.
(2) Strengthen basic education, focus on developing rural education, promote the balanced development of compulsory education, promote public education resources to further tilt to rural areas and remote and hard areas, and promote educational equity.
(3) Vigorously develop vocational education, adhere to employment orientation, deepen the reform of vocational education and teaching, improve the level and quality of running secondary vocational schools, strengthen the management and guidance of the "9+3" free vocational education for Tibetan students, actively promote institutional and institutional innovation, and enhance the vitality of vocational education development.
(four) in accordance with the principle of "separating government affairs from management", deepen the reform of school management system, implement and expand the autonomy of running schools, and improve the quality of education.
(five) to strengthen the overall planning, comprehensive coordination and macro management responsibilities of the city's private education.
Other matters:
(a) the Education Supervision Office of the Municipal People's Government is responsible for formulating the rules and regulations and guiding documents of the city's education supervision and evaluation; On behalf of the Municipal People's Government, supervise, inspect, evaluate and guide the education work of the county (District) people's government, the county (District) education administrative department and the school-running conditions, management level and education quality of secondary and lower schools, so as to ensure the implementation of the national education guidelines, policies, laws and regulations and the realization of educational objectives.
(2) The establishment, responsibilities and establishment of subordinate institutions shall be stipulated separately.
