The school of administration should offer environmental education courses and carry out special training. Seventeenth primary and secondary schools and kindergartens should incorporate the content of environmental education into the teaching plan, implement teachers, teaching content and class hours in combination with teaching practice, and organize students to participate in environmental education practice in various forms to cultivate students' good behavior habits of caring for the environment.
The competent department of environmental protection shall jointly establish an environmental publicity and education network in Nanjing universities and secondary technical schools to promote the development of environmental education activities.
