From "syllabus" to "curriculum standards", it is not only the change of name, but also the change of educational concept and the switch of educational perspective. "Curriculum Standards" is mainly a description of students' learning results, rather than a specific provision of teaching content. Curriculum Standard takes care of the vast majority of students and puts forward some basic requirements. "Curriculum standard" is the basic requirement, not the highest requirement, of a certain learning stage formulated by the state. The provisions of Curriculum Standards should be specific and clear. The description of students' learning achievements is realizable and evaluable, not vague and unattainable. The provisions of Curriculum Standards are flexible, and its scope should involve three areas: cognition, emotion and motor skills. This also implies that teachers are not passive professors of textbooks, but active designers of teaching plans.
