Honesty education has become a matter of "talking about importance, being busy and not busy". The weak awareness of honesty education of university leaders directly affects the effective development of honesty education.

(2) Honesty education pays more attention to knowledge than experience.

In most cases, college students' cognition of morality is clear, but they lack practical experience. At present, an important reason for the lack of honesty among college students is that the content of honesty education pays too much attention to knowledge and ignores experience. In some colleges and universities, honesty education is limited to classroom teaching, focusing on the teaching of honesty theory knowledge and only solving moral cognition problems, so that students mistakenly regard "learning" as "doing". Because students can't turn honest knowledge into honest behavior through their own experiences, they can't really internalize knowledge into their own beliefs, and form the motivation of honesty, let alone the formation of honest personality.
