I. Main responsibilities

1, implement the principles, policies and plans of education reform and development, draft local laws, regulations and policies related to education and supervise their implementation; Responsible for the research and publicity of educational theory.

2, responsible for the overall planning and coordinated management of all kinds of education at all levels in the county; Formulate the county-wide education reform and development plan; Responsible for the comprehensive reform and management of education; To guide the education and teaching reform in schools of all levels and types; Responsible for the statistics, analysis and release of the county's basic education information.

3, responsible for the overall management of education funds in this department; Participate in the formulation of education fund raising, distribution and infrastructure investment policies; Responsible for the statistics of the county's investment in education funds and the internal audit of the education system.

4. Guide the development and reform of employment-oriented vocational education, and implement the professional catalogue of secondary vocational education, teaching guidance documents and teaching evaluation standards; Responsible for the construction of teaching materials and vocational guidance for secondary vocational education.

Second, internal institutions.

1. Office: responsible for the daily operation of the organ, and undertaking information, confidentiality, government affairs publicity, news propaganda, secretarial, confidential and conference affairs; Responsible for financial and state-owned assets management; Responsible for supervising the investigation; Responsible for the monitoring and handling of educational public opinion; To guide the work of educational and social organizations in the county; Manage and supervise the organization of national and provincial education examinations in the county.

2. Personnel Unit: responsible for the personnel and institutional management of the county's education system; Responsible for the recognition and reward of the county education system; Coordinate and guide the job title evaluation, post setting and salary and welfare work of the county education system; Plan and guide the construction of educational administrators, principals of primary and secondary schools (including kindergarten directors) and teachers.
