The head of the household is the same as the property owner or lessee, and must be the ancestor of school-age children, go through the admission procedures within the specified time, and arrange for admission to public primary schools according to the location. School-age children and their parents or other legal guardians have household registration in Guangzhou (including collective households), but have no real estate in other districts of Guangzhou.
