I always hear a lot of people say: don't let children lose at the starting line!

But few people know, what is the starting line of this life? What determines the starting line? When we were still in my mother's belly, did my parents give us prenatal education? At the age of 3, I recite the three-character sutra, at the age of 4, I learn various languages, and at the age of 5, I learn various dance instruments?

In fact, it is a family that decides the starting line!

In "Poor Dad Rich Dad", Robert Toru Kiyosaki and Robert Toru Kiyosaki showed the difference in the inherent cognitive system of their families, which led to the development phenomenon that "the poor are getting poorer and the rich are getting richer".

The book mainly talks about two fathers, a poor father, who has received a comprehensive higher education, has a decent job (director of the education department in a state in the United States), and has a good income, but faces financial difficulties all his life; A middle school dropout eventually became a billionaire and optimistic rich dad with a correct view of money, superhuman financial skills and business talent.

The two fathers did not receive or complete higher education, but they both became successful people in secular society. However, due to the diametrically opposite views and ways of thinking on money, finance, occupation and career, the two dads finally lived diametrically opposite lives: the poor dad was troubled by financial problems all his life, and the rich dad left a huge wealth of tens of millions of dollars.

What is the difference between the poor and the rich? The result is that "the poor are getting poorer and the rich are getting richer". Such a gap may be a generation, generations, or even generations. This family systematic inheritance or habitual thought cycle and gene structure may be deeply rooted in the bones of family generations. This kind of influence is not only influenced by explicit family system education concept, thinking cognition and moral concept, but also influenced by some recessive personality genes and genetic genes. The thinking mode of the whole family system almost affects a person's birth, the whole growth environment, including his descendants.

Poor dad and rich dad have many differences in concept:

First, the differences in economic concepts.

Poor dad is always habitually attached to the economy. He thinks that the government will care about you financially and meet your requirements, so he always cares about things like salary increase and retirement policy. Rich dad totally believes in economic independence. He opposes people's psychology of "taking for granted", which has created a group of weak people who are habitually dependent on others in economy.

Second, the differences in educational concepts.

Poor dad either attaches great importance to education or doesn't attach importance to it at all. Poor dad thinks that school education is everything, "study hard and find a good job", and others read whatever books they give, thinking that education will be over after graduation; Poor dad's theory of educational uselessness holds that "education is useless, college students can't even find a job, and those who haven't studied are still bosses". These two extreme cognitive styles lead to the solidification of the thinking of the poor and the solidification of the thinking of the educated children.

Rich dad also attaches great importance to education, but his education is not necessarily school education. Any social practice or social communication, as long as it is useful and beneficial, is a way of education. For example, go to a seminar on real estate speculation, learn financial knowledge online, go to the voluntary market to observe how businessmen treat people (communication skills), visit a rich man, ask him how he makes money, and read a psychological book that is helpful for dealing with people. Different from the poor's theory of educational uselessness, education-only theory or staged education theory, rich dad believes that education is lifelong and should always maintain a learning attitude.

Third, the cognitive differences of poverty.

1. Poor dad thinks children should study hard and find a stable job in the future. Rich dad thinks that other people's jobs can't solve financial problems in the long run. Don't be a slave to money, let money work for you. Poor dad saw the expensive BMW and said "I can't afford it" or "wait for the next life"; But rich dad couldn't stand saying "I can't afford it", but said "How can I afford it?"

2. The cognition of poverty self-belief is different. He not only admitted that he was poor, but also said, "People say I have no money", "I have no money like so-and-so", "How can I compete when people have money" and "Is there a way to start a business that is suitable for me as a poor person to get rich?" ; Rich dad is penniless, ragged and thinks he is rich. Even if today is not, tomorrow is, that is, tomorrow is not, the day after tomorrow is, the day after tomorrow is not, one day it will be.

3. Poor dad sticks to stability and is unwilling to change. He is afraid of difficulties, complains about avoiding difficulties, and sticks to his inherent thinking cognition. Poor dad is most afraid of taking risks, doing things according to the rules, doing things according to the wishes expected by the public or the public thinking, and dare not make mistakes. For example, everyone thinks that the "iron rice bowl" is good, so they try their best to let their children find an "iron rice bowl" when they are looking for a job. If the investment fails, once bitten, twice shy. Rich dad, on the other hand, thinks that it is common for a military commander to win or lose, and he is not afraid of risks. Even if he loses hundreds of thousands, he will face it calmly, sum up his experience and become braver and braver.

In addition, rich dad thinks that making money has little to do with ability, but with ideas. Everyone's potential is unlimited. Poor dad likes to follow the crowd and thinks more emotionally than rationally.

In fact, a person has seven generations of genetic memory. Family system habits, values, thinking patterns, intentions, moral framework, etc. Your ancestors for generations constituted your growing environment. In such a living environment, all aspects of your development will be unconsciously influenced by the inherent thinking, habits and environment of the whole family system, unconsciously continuing the inherent mode of the family system and extending this potential inherent mode to your descendants. To a great extent, people's cognitive thinking mode originates from and is controlled by their family background. Different family environments, different ways of family thinking and cognition lead to different starting lines for everyone from birth. Some people are born ahead, and some people have to go through Qian Fan to understand what others are used to.

It turns out, really, sometimes you have a big gap with others before you can make a difference. You ran hard for a long time before you reached the starting point of others. The starting line brought by family background is far from the beginning.
