Clear cache method:

1, enter the channel 10 → click "YY Troubleshooting Assistant" in the lower left corner of the download channel to download and save it on your computer.

2. Unzip the compressed package of YY repair assistant on the computer → click the file yyclean"→ click Delete and Play More to clear YY cache.

If the problem still exists after clearing the cache, don't worry, you can go to the channel 10 or YY customer service center for feedback, and the customer service will help you solve the problem.
