I applied to Wuhan College of China Geo University and heard that there are free courses. What's going on here?
(1) All students with national education series undergraduate and junior college degrees (including two degrees) can apply for exemption from the public basic courses they have studied at the same learning level, apply for exemption from the professional courses they have studied in the same major and at the same level, and get exemption course credits through mutual recognition of credits.

(2) Students who have obtained CET-4 or above certificates or PETS can apply for exemption from public English courses for junior college students and undergraduates. Students with Grade II or above qualification certificate of PETS can apply for exemption from public English courses.

(3) Students majoring in English can apply for exemption from public English courses at the junior college or undergraduate level for non-English majors.

(4) Those who have obtained the single-subject certificate of higher education self-study examination may apply for exemption from the same course at the same level and in the same major.

(5) Students who have graduated from a computer major or have a certificate of Grade II or above in the National Computer Rank Examination may apply for exemption from the basic course of public computer application.

The credits for applying for exemption courses shall not exceed 30% of the total credits.
