Hebei Agricultural University is a key university in Hebei Province. The school now has 24 colleges, and the Adult Education College is one of them. After years of efforts and exploration, our adult higher education has basically formed a multi-specification, multi-level and multi-form school-running system, and accumulated rich experience in running schools. In order to help people better solve the contradiction between work and study and overcome the limitation of time and space, after consulting with Northeast Agricultural University and reporting to Hebei Provincial Department of Education for review and filing, our college established "Off-campus Learning Center of Hebei Agricultural University, Network Education College of Northeast Agricultural University" (document No.20082 of Hebei Jiaogao), and began to enroll students in 2009.
