When looking for a job, they are also unwilling to do jobs with too little salary, which is also natural. They don't want to work in distant companies or even work overtime. In short, college students have high demands on their ideal jobs, and it is generally difficult to find their ideal jobs.

Second, its own strength is insufficient.

Everyone knows the situation of college students studying at school. Except for some key universities, there are not many students who really study hard. When I was at school, I didn't study hard and improve my ability in all aspects. When looking for a job, many college students will find that they can't meet many employment requirements put forward by employers with their own abilities, thus feeling discouraged.

Because when we were in school, we only knew how to play games for fun, and many basic skills (such as office software) needed in the workplace were not learned. So, if you don't even know this daily office skill, how can you find a job? Therefore, we should be alert to college students, cherish their school time and study more to prevent them from entering the workplace and becoming ignorant.

Third, young people have no fighting spirit.

As we all know, it is difficult to find a job, but as long as you work hard enough, you will always find a satisfactory job. But the reality is that many people don't want to work hard, just want to get something for nothing. What is the reason? There may be two reasons for this explanation:

1, there is no pressure in the family. Some college students have not yet entered the society, so they still rely heavily on family sources. If the family conditions are relatively good, then they will not have too much economic pressure, which will lead to the growing desire of college students not to find a job after employment. If college students still hold a dispensable attitude, it will be difficult to find a job.

2, there is no ambition that you should have. Internal motivation is the most important. If college students don't improve their pursuit and their attitude is not positive enough, it will be difficult for them to impress interviewers and find their own jobs.
