4. The project must fill in the project application form. Application for project establishment in triplicate. 7. After the project is approved by the municipal leading group for basic education and scientific research planning 15 days, the municipal basic education and scientific research planning office will issue a notice of project approval to the project leader or his unit; If the project is not approved, the application form will be returned to the original unit, and the original unit can implement the project in this unit as needed, and this unit will be responsible for the management as a school-level project. Projects approved and managed by the unit can still participate in the collection and selection of scientific research achievements in basic education in the city.
